Casalvista Villa Spain - Rental Prices
Casalvista Villa is available for holiday rent all year round.
Prices are on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday and include all electricity, bed linen and bathroon towels
- High Season
- July, August and September £420* per week
- Rest of year
- All other months: £350* per week
* In addition a £100 bond is payable as an indemnity against any accidental damage to the villa contents. Assuming all is left as found, the bond will be refunded on return of keys to owner.
Payment Terms
A 50% deposit is required to secure booking, with balance plus bond paid 6 weeks before rental period starts. Name, address and contact numbers to be supplied, as well as exact numbers in party.
Cancellations must be in writing. The full deposit is refundable on cancellation up to 3 months before the start of the rental period. It is advisable to take out travel insurance to cover cancellation costs due to unforeseen circumstances.
